A paradise world, a world mostly made up of archipelagos with a few larger islands that is on the fringes of Citadel and Terminus space. The ocean owns about 80% of the planet’s surface, which makes the world a suboptimal colony world. This planet operates closest to Illium to promote itself, with numerous resorts offering a wide range of experiences to suit their guests.

==Origin==
The world was originally founded by Salarian’s research teams and starting off as a research outpost, after a while Elkoss Combine made a deal with the Salarian government which led to funding towards their research while making it a resort world. The Elkoss Combine funding effectively turned the research base into an aquarium, while the research base still operated as normal it allowed visitors to come see the native sea life of this world.

==Corporate interest==
Due to Elkoss Combine’s investment in the world, a few other corporations decided to put some investments into the world. The results of all corporations’ interests have effectively made the world a corporate world, effectively the planet’s government is a council of Corporate representatives. The representatives council is made up of thirty one members, with some corporations having multiple representatives. Elkoss Combine, holds the majority seat in this council chamber.

One of the major things all the resorts, clubs and attraction owners cooperate towards is a planet wide security force. While some maintain their own security forces, all contribute to the planet wide security force. There are five large islands on this planet, each of these islands operate as major security hubs and trading ports. Each resort gathers supplies from one of the five trading ports.

==Locations==
The world works in certain zones catering to different needs. In the Northern hemisphere, there is a certain cluster of archipelagos that cater to those with more ‘exotic’ tastes. A cluster of resorts, bars and clubs all advertise different experiences than their other neighbors in this cluster however, despite saying all different experiences they all offer the same experience allowing the legal use of explicit substances. The most popular locations in this cluster are Club Topaz, 12th Circle bar and New Haven resort.

Another popular archipelagos is located on the Equator, is a more family focused zone. The most popular places here are the water parks, aquariums and the one Blasto related theme park. Blasto’s Vacation Park is one of the biggest attractions on the planet, with such rides as Blasto’s Presidium Wildrun, a motion simulator that has you riding alongside Blasto during a wacky escapade on the Presidium. One of the bigger aquariums on the planet shows off the sea life of both this planet and around the galaxy. The most popular water park is just simply called Splash Zone, boasting to have the largest water slide this side of the galaxy.

In another region located in the Southern hemisphere, resides the more romantic resorts, restaurants, clubs and wedding venues. Most of the resorts in this region offer a more private setting for their guests, offering a section of a beach and a bures to allow their guests privacy. The most popular club in the region is Amore Club, a cabaret club that offers live performances, food and a dancing floor for any couple to dance. The restaurants in the area are fierce competitors, they often change menus daily and often will change their prices to undercut their rivals.

Outside of these three popular regions, the capital of Gotal’dral receives the most traffic going in and out. This island is the home to Elkoss Combine’s planetary Office, the first space port and the planetary Council chambers. Everything is normally settled at the Capital. Gotal’dral is also the home to the Salarian research base that first started the planet, it now runs double duty as a research center and aquarium.

==Satellites==
The Planet does offer host to three moons, in a somewhat irregular fashion. It is rare for the three moons to be seen at once. The true moon of Elek’cin has two minor moons in its own orbit. So strangely for most of the planet’s solar cycle you can only see two moons, and then during certain seasons of the solar cycle you can see all three moons.
