== Appearance ==
Halisi is a shapely woman with shoulder-long black hair and light brown skin. Her eyes are an unusual silver-gray. Her face often carries a distant expression and she usually wears jeans and a t-shirt with print. When working she wears either a galactic standard doctor's coat or, if in the field, an all-white light armor suit with a hand-painted red cross on each shoulder. She brings with her, of course, a satchel filled with medical supplies as well as a medically specialized omni-tool with an all-red holographic interface.

== Background ==
Halisi grew up in Earth's Mombasa metropolis. As the daughter of a privileged family, she was afforded an extensive education and several gene mods, and at a young age she set her sights on becoming a doctor. After finishing medical school she started a free clinic in one of the city’s poorer areas, living off the family’s money. They eventually tired of this, and she was forced to get a paying job. She chose to become a doctor on an asteroid mine, having grown tired of life on Earth, and with a growing curiosity regarding the rest of the galaxy. After a catastrophic series of events she found herself in Freedom Falls, doing her best to help the people of the Terminus Systems spaceport.
