Kell's Fortress was a long-abandoned factory on [https://masseffect.fandom.com/wiki/Rakhana Rakhana] that had been repurposed into a well-defended compound by a group of drell survivors led by [[Kell]]. The old manufacturing equipment was meticulously maintained to allow for the repair and even construction of makeshift attack vehicles used to defend the compound and to raid other survivors as well as off-world visitors. The compound was crippled after the loss of most of it fighters in an ill-fated attack on a [[Redrock]] expedition, and its current fate is unknown.
