Tobias works long hours for the [[Erantha Cooperative]] to provide for [[Lema T'Vynas]]. Times have been rough since his ex-wife was unable to work for a while until she left him to return to her family in council space. They have a roof over their head and three meals every day, so things could have been a lot worse.

He has had minimal interaction with [[Redrock Agency]], identifying himself at the hospital to be let into Lema's room and then speaking to Mendez' team when they went back to [[Mian]]'s apartment to look for clues about [[Ehanis]]' sudden disappearance.
