Shadow Broker
The Shadow Broker is an unknown individual or group widely recognized as the galaxy's foremost information broker. Their motives are unknown, but their resources are seemingly endless. The Shadow Broker employs a vast network of operatives and go-betweens to remain anonymous while accumulating vast amounts of information. In recent years, the Broker has shown an increasing interest in information about Prothean and other ancient artifacts, as well as the activities of the Collectors. The Shadow Broker's relationship with other major players in the shadows, such as the STG, AIA and Cerberus, is complex, ranging from cooperation to covert warfare depending on the day and the place. The last months has seen a minor upheaval in the Broker's network, with a shift in priorities and a reshuffling of agents for reasons unknown.
