Appearance
The first thing that'll strike one about her is that she's quite tall and slender, standing at 184cm (6' ½"). She has a intense purple skin color and sports only very faint green markings: two short green rays on the brows, just above the eyes. Her crests are well-kept, and has a smooth texture of a color matching the rest of her head. Regarding her clothing, it depends, she's both often enough seen in a casual dress or a more practical outfit; one thing in common is modesty.
History
Old Life
Va'ynna grew up on Sanves, and had a quite normal childhood, if a bit on the less social side. She was raised only by her mother, and never heard anything about her father. Other than that, there's not much to say about it. She did above average in education, but has no finished tertiary education. Her mother wasn't a 'mother of the year' by a long shot, and the two hasn't spoken together for decades.
She's never really stayed with the same job for long, especially when social interaction was a vital part of it; even retail. While boring, she's been content with menial jobs like working storage: moving crates about and keeping it all organized on a simple enough computer program. She grew bored of that, eventually, as is understandable of the asari maiden, and set out for Aite.
Skills
Biotic
She is not useful in combat, due to her complete lack of training. The biggest problem is that she can't tackle the stress of such a situation, let alone bring herself to use her abilities on another person.
- Telekinesis: Her telekinetic biotics are quite strong for someone that young with no combat experience, managing to lift up to three times her weight with a biotic amplifier. If precision is required, it'd have to be lower than 80kg/175lbs.
- Stasis: She can do a stasis field, but it takes quite a bit out of her to have it at a potent enough level to be useful in a fight; her technique is unreliable and inefficient.
- Barrier: Her knowledge is only theoretical and she can't keep a barrier field long enough together for it to be useful.
Weapons
As for weapons, the asari can technically use a pistol. Before going to Aite, she bought a cheap civilian-grade Predator pistol. She has since disposed of it after a traumatic experience, not wanting to keep a weapon in her room.
Trivia
- Originally, Va'ynna was going to be a second iteration of Aeyna. When Ilyna was introduced, I made a carefully considered decision to change her background while remaining consistent with past RP.
