Devin is a famous movie star most well known for his breakout role in '[[A Beautiful Shade Of Blue]]', a romantic drama about an asari who falls in love with a less-than-ideal human, much to the dismay of their families.

== Appearance ==
Devin is your typical 20-something breakout star heart throb. On the cover of every magazine with a coif of gravity-defying hair, he has a smile that has won over the public. Beneath the skin around his eyes he has small magnetic implants to hold his frameless sunglasses into place which he tends to wear, day or night. Indoors or outdoors.
