Mei Tsou was the captain of the MSV Evening Star, an ExoGeni survey vessel that was dispatched on a disastrous mission to an uncharted planet in late 2183. She was one of the few crew members to survive, but she was killed not long after by Hunter, a Shadow Broker operative pursuing the artifact that doomed the Evening Star.
