The Little Dragons (小龍) is a small, tight-knit criminal organization based in Hong Kong. They're believed to be responsible for a number of heists and data-leaks throughout the Zhusanjiao Megacity. They self-identify as an anti-authoritarian group that engages in hacktivism and 'wealth redistribution', claiming to only hit deserving targets.
