The Freedom Falls Marshals are the primary law enforcement and peacekeeping force of Freedom Falls, established by the Syranis Foundation in 2149 after the town suffered a devastating raid by outside forces. The Marshals are also responsible for organizing and training a militia force for responding to violence and outside attacks.

Syram Arius, a former security consultant that has Syranis' trust is the commander of the Marshals.

Ranks

Despite the turian leadership, the militia has a straightforward flat ranking structure.

  • Commander: The 1 commander has autonomy on most matters concerning the security of the town, but he does answer to the corporations that fund the militia.
  • Sergeant: Pay: 4600
  • Corporal: Pay: 1200
  • Recruit: Pay: 500

Facilities

The militia owns a two-story building on the southern side of town not far from the spaceport. This building houses a shuttle hangar, as well as offices for all sergeants. The basement has the town's only shooting range.

Criticism

The inhabitants of the Terminus Systems tend to have a certain distrust for centralized powers and militias, and this is no exception. The organization has been criticized for discriminating against establishments that don't contribute, but Syram has denied these allegations.
