Dalliren was one of the early cities established in the young asari colony world of Illium. It is far enough north to allow for ground-side settlement and served early on as one of the staging areas for constructing the more glamorous cities that the planet is known for today. Its population has dwindled over the last couple of centuries, but the primarily automated manufacturing industry is still strong.
Aylena was hiding in a small office building after she disappeared from the Miner's Respite in September of 2185, and she later called upon Gren to organize an evacuation.
