Jasper is a kind, soft spoken man. Typically, he can be found around the Redrock hangar tinkering on some sort of project.

Appearance
His Alliance days well behind him, Jasper has little interest in maintaining appearances or staying in shape. His hair days are well behind him as well, as all that remains atop his head is a grey horseshoe of hair. He can almost always be found dressed in a pair of dirty coveralls and an old Earth sports cap.
