Kell was a drell warlord that ruled a small portion of [Rakhana]. He and his people came into conflict with Redrock after the latter was stranded on the planet. His attempt to attack the Redrock survivors was foiled by the timely arrival of the Siren's Call, and he was killed in a brawl with Steve Briggs, who had been captured while attempting to negotiate with Kell's people on Redrock's behalf.
