Taro was the former owner of Avoren Security and was the contact person for the car dealership owner for debt collection. Not much else is known about him, as he did not live long enough to be interrogated by Redrock Agency when they besieged his company's headquarters.
He was a technician and used a decoy during the fight with Redrock.
