Tobias works long hours for the Erantha Cooperative to provide for Lema T'Vynas. Times have been rough since his ex-wife was unable to work for a while until she left him to return to her family in council space. They have a roof over their head and three meals every day, so things could have been a lot worse.
He has had minimal interaction with Redrock Agency, identifying himself at the hospital to be let into Lema's room and then speaking to Mendez' team when they went back to Mian's apartment to look for clues about Ehanis' sudden disappearance.
Appearance
He's an old man in his sixties, tall and a little bit skinny despite the strength from many decades of manual labor. He has short, gray hair and a short, well-maintained beard.
