- The Collectors have been defeated! The galaxy celebrates, but many are shocked to learn that Cerberus are the ones responsible for ending the threat.
- Blue Suns, Eclipse and Blood Pack operations across the Terminus Systems have been suffering repeated attacks. Word among the mercenaries is that Commander Shepard is waging a one-Spectre war against them.
- There are murmurs of changes to the Shadow Broker's network in the shadier corners of the galaxy.
- The cause behind the missing colonies has been revealed as the Collectors attacked Horizon, and half the colony's inhabitants were abducted before they were driven back by unknown defenders. Rumors range from the STG to Cerberus, and even Commander Shepard.
- War rages between the krogan government and corporate invaders on the planet of Garvug.
- The raloi have been welcomed into the galactic community.
- The krogan clans of Tuchanka are starting to unify under Clan Urdnot.
- The three big gangs have been virtually driven off Omega by Archangel. There are many rumors that the vigilante had help, but no one agrees on who. The Talons are rising in the stead of the old gangs.

- Steve's investigation yields results - he and Renala uncover a hidden program among Aylena's data that puts them in touch with someone that claims Aylena had to leave suddenly and quietly, and that a Kanaya D'Inea will take over the Respite in her absence (Sep 6)
- Leah is given a cybernetic implant to restore her broken spine, but comes under the unwilling influence of Cerberus as a result. As insurance, her father's life is threatened should she disobey. Her first assignment is copying the data off of Jason's computer (Sep 6)

- Father Marchal attacks and infect several crew members of the MSV Susanna while en route back to Aite. Redrock manages to contain the situation and put down the Father and the infected (Aug 29)
- The Miner's Respite is attacked yet again by an asari matriarch familiar to Aylena (Aug 28)
- Redrock retrieves an ominous artifact from the Sacrarium on Vasquez' order, but when Jason brings it up to be destroyed, she shoots him and takes the artifact. The remnants of the team retreat to the MSV Susanna, but the town they landed in is overrun by the cult's creations (Aug 27)
- Redrock delves into the Sacrarium of the cult to put an end to the threat. They seemingly kill the being behind the monstrous creatures, but take heavy losses. Vaden is among those lost, and Leah and Damien are severely injured (Aug 26)
- The MSV Susanna arrives on Di Yu IV, the location of the machine cult. Redrock successfully assaults the cult compound, capturing their leader and freeing the cult's children (Aug 26)
- Redrock assembles a large strike team to take on the machine cultists responsible for Ogofau after Vasquez acquires intel on their location through means unknown. The team departs aboard the freighter MSV Susanna (Aug 21)
- Sioria Felcolus is hired by Redrock (Aug 20)
- Devin Tanner comes to Aite to visit his family and catch a DJ Zolnon performance. Redrock provides security for his visit (Aug 19-20)
- Vasquez is released from the clinic after an unexpected donation of a cutting-edge neural implant from Bozeman Cybernetics (Aug 18)

- The Miner's Respite is attacked by Rellis' men concurrently with the spaceport. The attackers try to steal data from the Respite's computers, but Redrock stops them despite being delayed by the fighting at the spaceport. Va'ynna is shot by the attackers (Aug 16)
- Rellis' men attack Redrock again at the Freedom Falls spaceport after trying and failing to infiltrate the hospital to get to Jelvan. Vasquez' neural implant is badly damaged in the fight, but Rellis' strike force is defeated (Aug 16)
- Va'ynna and Victoria go out for dinner (Aug 15)
- Jason, Ilyna and Va'ynna go to the market. Va'ynna retrieves her simulstim unit, while Jason picks up an engagement ring (Aug 15)

- After the RSV Evening Star's ill-fated mission, the survivors, including Jason Wolfe, Linda Vasquez, Tarlon Sallae and Ilyna T'Rea, drown their sorrows and bond on Omega. A drunken affair turns into something else altogether for Jason and Vasquez.
